Richard has been CEO of IBSCA since September 2019 having spent 6 years as Principal of an MYP/DP school in the UK. Richard's main role is to act as an advocate for members with the IB and other organisations and to provide schools with access to opportunities to engage with the IB.
Leanne joined IBSCA in 2025 and focuses on supporting members with the promotion, growth and delivery of their IB programmes. Leanne is a highly experienced IB educator who is also Assistant Principal Head of Sixth Form and IBCP Coordinator at Impington Village & International College.
Bryony provides financial and operational management that supports services to IB schools and IBSCA members. Throughout her more than 15 year career with IBSCA, Bryony's focus has been on creating efficient systems that facilitate smooth day-to-day management of IBSCA's services.
Lara leads IBSCA's delivery of services to IB schools and members including professional development workshops, conferences, seminars and outreach. Lara's focus is on building constructive and helpful relationships with IBSCA's members and service users.
