Our Team
Richard has been CEO of IBSCA since September 2019 having spent 6 years as Principal of an MYP/DP school in the UK. Richard's main role is to act as an advocate for members with the IB and other organisations and to provide schools with access to opportunities to engage with the IB.
Leanne joined IBSCA in 2025 and focuses on supporting members with the promotion, growth and delivery of their IB programmes. Leanne is a highly experienced IB educator who is also Assistant Principal Head of Sixth Form and IBCP Coordinator at Impington Village & International College.
Bryony works with IBSCA to provide business and financial assistance across the organisation. She regularly communicates with Member Schools, customers, and partners regarding administrative queries, financial management, and event management.
Lara works with IBSCA to provide marketing and business support across the organisation. She regularly communicates with Member Schools, customers, and partners regarding administrative queries, event management, and programme support.
