This schedule is an example of the schedule followed for IBSCA’s face-to-face IB authorised professional development workshops and is subject to change. Should you have any questions related to the schedule or your personal travel arrangements, please contact ibsca@oxfordcoursemanagers.org before booking your workshop. It is a requirement of the IB that delegates attend all sessions to receive their workshop certificate.
Friday
13:00 - 14:00: Lunch and delegate registration
14:00 - 14:15: Welcome speech
14:15 - 16:15: Session 1 (2 hours)
16:15 - 16:30: Refreshment break
16:30 - 18:00: Session 2 (1.5 hours)
18:30 - 19:30: Drinks reception (all delegates)
19:30 onwards: Dinner (residential delegates)
Saturday
07:30 - 08:30: Breakfast (residential delegates)
08:30 - 10:30: Session 3 (2 hours)
10:30 - 10:45: Refreshment break
10:45 - 12:45: Session 4 (2 hours)
12:45 - 13:45: Lunch
13:45 - 15:45: Session 5 (2 hours)
15:45 - 16:00: Refreshment break
16:00 - 17:30: Session 6 (1.5 hours)
18:30 onwards: Dinner (residential delegates)
